About Darlene Olson
Darlene has been a Real Estate Agent for 38 years and she specializes in Residential & Condominium Sales, Luxury Homes, Investment Properties and Re-location Services in Rockingham & Strafford Counties in New Hampshire and York County in Maine. Previous to coming to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, Darlene was with RE/MAX Coast to Coast for 10 years. Darlene has worked at Century 21 Syphers, Ringer and Syphers Realty and started her Real Estate career at The Gosselin Group in 1986. She holds a NH Brokers license and is an Associate Broker in Maine. Darlene has also earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative, (ABR), Certified Investor Agent Specialist, (CIAS), Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI) designations as well as the Luxury Market and Relocation certifications. Previous to getting her Real Estate licenses, Darlene worked in the engineering field for various companies. Her positions included design/drafting, and technical illustrating for different companies in Southern NH and Northern MA including General Electric, Bell Laboratories, Gloucester Engineering and Camp, Dresser and McKee to name a few. Working with engineers gives Darlene great attention to detail from start to finish!
